Bottom Tab Bar
 

I been trying to create a tab bar that faces downward. I am stuck in many areas. First of all, is it possible to switch the direction of an image in a DDS file? Like for example, all the tabs close UP. could I flip them on the horizonal some how to make them face down? Would that require a ... I dunno .. there isnt a mirror command anywhere that I can see.
I saw that you could add in a RotationEffector but I have no idea what that is. Heh.

There's no known way to do this using UIBuilder or XML editing. You will have to create a copy of the image with the tab graphics (window_elements_generic.dds) and rotate the tabs within it.

by copy and rotate you mean with an outside image editor? just checking
