A few quick ideas???
 

Make the implied target window clickable to change that to be my target?

Show my health in another movable box...I like to have my health in a couple places on the screen so I can look around and see it anywhere - near my group / near my target etc. (I dont keep them all in the same place)

A player window with percentages on the right of the bar and the health / power numbers over the bars.

Not sure if this stuff is doable or not - but ehh thought I would toss those ideas out there.
