That's odd as the EQ2MAP team has spent allot of time ensuring that the Mod is compatible with many other UI's. Can you explain a little more on what you are trying to do.

For example my install of EQ2MAP is in my custom folder called humudcemods, I also have all my other UI mods in this folder and they all play fine together.

ok the question was how do you format your eq2.ini file when using more than one ui.
Like this is how it would look if you are just using eq2map

cl_ui_skinname eq2map
cl_ui_subdir UI/

SO, how would you format it when you are using more than one ui?

cl_ui_skinname eq2map
cl_ui_subdir UI/
cl_ui_skinname nameofanotheruihere
cl_ui_subdir UI/

this format caused eq2map not to work correctly. I have found no information regarding how the eq2.ini file should be formated when using more than one ui. so how is it done? is that correct? that was just a wild guess since I couldnt locate info otherwise anywhere.

<edit> i reread your post, am i to understand that All ui's you wish to use at a particular time should share one folder? and thus the same 2 lines in your eq2.ini?

The eq2.ini should only ever have 1 folder referenced to what every UI you are using. If you like to switch between different UI's you may want to check out the UI Switcher here...
http://www.eq2interface.com/download...fo.php?id=3528

It will take care of switching between UI's for you (and update your eq2.ini).
