Dogvomits Quest Journal Delay.
 

Since the patch on 3/21/05 I have a 2-4 second delay when opening up the quest journal, using Dogvomit's mod. Does anyone else have this issue, or have any idea how to fix it?

EDIT: I removed the mod, and the delay is still there....so now no clue at all. Any help is appreciated.

The data in your quest journal is stored on your EQ2 server. If that server is over worked then you will have a delay in it pulling up your quests. Its possible in this patch that the database server for quests on your server is being overworked.

Edit: the same thing happens to me. Its on SOE's end and you may want to /bug it. I bet its something to do with the fact the quest journal now shows the level number of the quest.

I'm using the default Journal and am also experiencing the same extended delay. :confused:

I have 433 completed quests, so no wonder mine was such a long delay... :rolleyes:
