EQ2Interface - [Added] [Map] Vaashkaani: Argent Sanctuary

Here is the first of my Vaashkaani maps. This one is good for the first solo/heroic zone and for the first raid zone. The negative space on the left looks a bit awkward, but I promise it makes sense once I've finished the second and third floors (which aren't part of these zones).
