Getting multple eq2map and image folders
 

It puts a copy of the eq2maps folder and the image folder with sub folders in my c:\ and also in my C:\Sony\EverQuest II\UI\Custom folder also

Then once in game I don't get the new maps. I have followed the instructions to the letter several times.. Please advise this stupid one.

All others UI's im my custom folder work just fine

do you have the newest version of the updater (0.96)?

yes... I have tne newest download .96

In fact I downloaded it again today ..Still puts the eq2maps folder in
c:\ eq2maps and the Image folder with sub folders icons and maps as
c:\ images i tried to cut them and paste them under my \UI\custom folder bvut still don't work

delete everything that has to do with eq2map. Uninstall the updater.
Reinstall updater. Point it to your eq2 exe file. it will ask where its at.

You should be good if you do that.
