I fixed Quib's "spell effects" window! Yay me!
 

Attaching the file to this thread because i cant get the
Updater function to work for me. It requires a preview
pic, but then wont do anything when i click on the manage pictures
button grrrr....

Quib: feel free to add this from here or whatever im kinda tired of messing with it.

WHAT UPDATE DOES:

- Allows window to be resizable while retaining scrollability.

taking a bit of time to get approved i guess...

I made it resizable.

Why was it deleted? You could submit it as a Patch on Quib's with this new system.
