I would love to have a window that checks the log file and displays the current status of my reactive heals, that would be very handy in fights.

Can't be done as you suggest. Your best bet is to start practicing counting the proc sounds and conditioning yourself like Pavlov's dog to recast after you hear the double-proc. ;)
