Hotbars???
 

This is a bit of a noob question, but how do you open more hotbars? I just have the one row sitting there. Want to open up a couple more.

Right Click - Open New Hotbar

Just be wary that past 3 hotbars, the others will be assigned to the same hotkeys (1, Alt1, Ctrl1) and each time you log on you will have to close then reopen them in order to make them work.

Odd, I never have that problem and I run 4 hotbars. Only the first 3 seem to get assigned hotkeys the fourth bar has no labels or hotkeys.

Not true in most cases. I've never experienced this, and I always run at least 6 hotkey bars at once.

It's happened to me a couple times, but it's rare. I run with 6 hotbars open, but even when they do end up "forgetting" which one is primary/secondary/tertiary all it takes is setting hotbar 1 to secondary, tertiary, then primary again, setting 2 to secondary, and 3 to tertiary. No need to close the hotbars entirely.
