Does anyone have an updated offline package?

There's no off-line package, the skins make it too bulky. The updater (http://updater.pala.de/) seems to be working fine for me when I tested both the web site and the updater data just now.

my internet connection is blocking it for some reason. had to tether my phone to my computer and was able to download it. thanks for the response.
