Steel V2 target window missing

I DLed the Steel V2 ui, and I love it, except that there is no target window? I DLed jsut that to see if it would help, no luck. Any ideas on what I should try?

Press Atl+T for the target window to appear. If the implied target window is missing (functional only when in group), press Alt+T again. HTH :)
