Target & DPS

I am an enchanter. When I target a monster, I would love to see:

- bar of health and bar of power of the monster
- % health and % power of the monster
- the DPS this monster is currently doing
- the DPS this monster is currently receiving
- if the monster I am targeting is selected by someone else in my group

The first two are available in various UI mods in the Target window section. (And MookHUD in the Miscellanious section.)
