Editing the Bottom Bar
 

Currently, my bottom bar still shows the section where it listed my Crit Mit. Well I would like to remove that part since crit mit is not longer a part of the game.

I am aware that this might be simple to do or has been discussed in other threads . . . I apologize if this is a noob question but I cant find it.

If you look in the Profit control center (the two-gears button in the menu button cluster), there's a button there for bottom bar configuration. You can check and uncheck items there to control exactly what's displayed in the bottom bar. The settings are stored as part of the UI settings, so you can have different items displayed for each character (the downside being you have to configure it per character).

Since CritMit is gone, Profit will be updated to remove it. In the meantime however, you can configure the bottom bar not to show it, as tknarr pointed out.

I downloaded the file for the target casting bar being part of the cog symbols under the profit center. MY ability to adjust my bottom bar is gone because it wasn't part of that file. I've run my updater after removing that from ignore and I get back the ability to adjust my bottom bar but the box to check/uncheck target mob cast bar is no longer there. I will live without adjusting the bottom bar :) target casting files are awesome.

Problem is i dont see the control center. before i changed my laptop out, i knew exactly what you were talking about, but now after getting new laptop setup, i dont see the control center array of icons.

Is there a way of getting this cluster of buttons to hide/show or have it so i can get it to show on screen so i can then reposition it?

right click the experience bar and select either maximize or minimize to see the control center cluster of icons then bring up the control center by clicking on the gears looking icon.

Offtopic....how do i get my windowed mode from going from 1920x1080 (Full) to 800x600 (windowed)? Or where do i change the Windowed screen resolution?

I don't think you can change the windowed resolution except by resizing the EQ2 window.
