GENERAL
Fixed a bug where lingering dot effects from dead and looted NPCs could start critting.

POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
The Awakened mobs that are seen fighting the defending Skysrhine dracurions will now start as actors and then transition to "standard" mobs when players enter their AOI range. Affected zones:

ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Warlock
Void Retribution now correctly triggers its damage.

Dirge
Hymn of Destruction is now Darksong Spin. Darksong Spin does about 40% more damage than Darksong Blade and applies its damage to up to 8 targets within 7.5 meters of the dirge.

Troubador
Jester's Ruse now applies on any attack rather than when casting hostile spells.

TRADESKILLS
Level 91/92 recipe books have been added to normal recipe merchants. These require completion of the Withered Lands tradeskill quest line to purchase.
Dracurion Tradeskill Apprentices are now obtained by using Dracurion Research Prisms. These prisms can be used once per character, are tradable, and are acquirable in the same way that you obtained the dracurion tradeskill apprentices previously.

QUESTS
Withered Lands
The quest "Manpower Mishap" should now update properly when finding Scout Kiosha. She should also no longer help you fight on the way back and no longer call out correct/incorrect kills as if you were still doing her previous quest.
