Signature quest balloons
 

I've noticed for the last bit that the special (grey background, fancy border) word balloons for signature quests and HQs haven't been rendering. This seems to have started with the 2/14 update to Profit that had changes to the special elements. Was something dropped?

Don't think so but I will look into it.

Edit: Compared the files. No elements are missing between the two. I will see if there is another issue.

If it helps, the text appears fine but the grey background and fancy scrollwork border don't appear. I wonder if SOE changed something on their end and didn't mention it?

Addition: I tried clearing some files from ProfitUI/Images just to make sure I had the latest versions. When I re-ran the updater it didn't reload commonelements.dds, window_elements_generic.dds, window_elements_specific.dds or windowelements.dds. I'm thinking that over time there's been some obsolete files left undeleted, so I'm going to wipe things clean and reload a fresh copy and see if that fixes things.
