Replacing the default raid window with ProfitUI?

Hey guys, I have a friend who uses the default UI and wants to change his raid window to Profits.

Is it as simple as moving these two files into the default UI folder?

eq2ui_mainhud_raid.xml
_ProfitUI_QuickRaidButtons.txt

or are there other files that need to get moved?

The idea is to only replace the raid window with Profits.

Assumption is all ProfitUI quick raid buttons will allow customization once this is done.

Thanks!

I don't think it's that simple. Profit's group and raid windows use information that's only correctly populated when other windows in Profit load and get displayed. For instance, subclass detection (for click-to-cure) is done in the player window IIRC. Profit's not designed to be a modular UI where you can pick and choose pieces from it. You can leave out some customized windows and use the default versions, but it's really designed to operate as a unified whole.

What Tknarr said is pretty accurate. You need the xp window. The profitui comntrolcenter. The profit styles file and possibly another one or two. DrumsUI is designed to be much more modular...maybe tell your friend to take a peak at that.

Or have your friend install profiit as a whole and then remove files they particullarly don't want/like.
