The stock list of buttons is automatically generated from server info so I don't think we can remove buttons, but we can manually add stuff above and possibly below the stock list. Adding stuff at the bottom might be a problem, but the top is a no brainer.

If you mean make the buttons themselves smaller, yes. (They're all controlled by a template, which is what's in the actual file.)
