EQ2Interface - Illusionist Quick Raid Buttons

Greetings.

I am not sure if any Illusionists are using the Quick Raid Buttons. Mostly I would guess this since they haven't been updated since The Shadow Odyssey. Here is an updated code segment for "_ProfitUI_QuickRaidButtons.txt".

Button #1: Mana Flow, Button#2: Illusionary Instigation, Button #3: Touch of Empathy, Button #4: Cure Arcane, and Button #5: Heart/Shard Request.

At first I updated the Synergism button to work with 81+ spells but I decided to remove it entirely since Illusionary Arm and Arms of Imagination are similar spells that need to be recast and there wasn't room for them all. The quick raid buttons here are all temporary buffs plus Cure Arcane since I couldn't think of anything else to put on Button #4.
