Quest XP Disabled

Hi, on one of my characters in EQ2, when I hover the pointer over the red numbers that shows xp debt I see my bonuses and also it says Quest experience is disabled. Is there a way to re-enable quest experience? I'm level 90, but it doesn't show on my other characters. Help would be appreciated.

Right click your XP bar and choose to enable it.

It doesn't give me the option, I have maximize, show adventure experience, show tradeskill experience, disable character bonus experience, window settings, and unlock window.

Choose show adventure experience and then you should see the option to enable quest experience.
