UI Problem
 

Hey guys. Everytime I logout of my character and log back on, some of my hotbars get moved around my screen. Everything else stays the same but my hotbars just keep getting moving.

Any suggestions?? I have deleted that toons file in my UI folder and started over but that didnt work so im out of ideas.
