Sizable target and implied window?
 

I recently got a much bigger monitor. This has been great, allowing me more "screen" space, while still being able to see all the UI I have.

After some tweaks, it's all great, with on exception: the target and implied windows. Both are way too small when running on this higher resolution.

I run mostly stock UI, with certain pieces from DrumsUI. I like a nice, clean, simple, non-space-wasting look and feel.

Is there any target/implied mod that allows you to resize the windows, including the targets casting bar?

Or even one that is not resizable, but comes out of the box about double the size of the standard UI?
