Is there any way I can get the Straight Line Distance to my Target?

Even if it is only in Tracking....

Distance could be xy only.

Not really possible, unfortunately.

could this be done in the form of a targeting circle with outer range tick marks?

The targeting ring will be a different size depending on the scale of the mob. Not to mention it wouldn't extend far enough to be useful.
