Quest window
 

It's been a while since I've played EQ2 and reinstalled Profit (kept my originals). I updated and applied the DoV update posted (thanks TalTal) but neither the old version or the DoV version has the blue title bar for the quest window? Has that been removed? Am I doing something wrong? TIA for any advice.

It should, just enable frame and titlebar.

Same problem here but setting to frame and titlebar or frame only or none have the same result: no bar at the top. I'll try again.

Here is a pic of the settings. In the picture you can see the active quest journal as well.

Ok through fiddling around a lot in the F10 mode, I finally did get the bar to appear. I have the whole frame around everything tho, which looks hideous. It's like this block sitting there. I can't seem to get rid of that without losing the title bar. Can't think what's wrong. What file is it? Maybe I can see if it's corrupt or something.

I should mention the issue is the same on two computers.

There is a no frame variant available via the auto updater. Launch updater ... Select Settings ... Select Variants...Change dropdown to quest journal - active....double click no frames ...it should turn green...click ok...click update now if needed.

Doh! I should have thought of that. Ok, it's all back but the title "Active Quests" is gray. I also have to copy from the other UI setup because I can't seem to repeat whatever I did with my other chars. Am I missing some other setting?

No it being grey is a setting in the file not something you have done.It used to be white or gold(can't remember) but that was back before I had to update the window to make it compatible with the current setup.
