Application broke. Please help!

I don't know why, but my ProfitUI application just stopped working. I tried uninstalling it, then redownloaded from EQ2interface.com and ended up with this error.
Someone please help me to make it work again!!!

"Reset all settings" somewhere in the menu will fix it. However it will .. reset all settings :P
