Can't install with Vista
 

I can't get this map, not even the updater. I get this error:

Winzip 6.3 - 8.0 has a known compatibility issue with this version of windows.

It checks for solutions but none found.

Help! I need this map!

Do you have a really old version of winzip installed that is mentioned in that error message? Windows Vista should be able to open the zip file by itself, and I've never come across that particular error before.

If not, you can always try using a program like WinZip (the current version of it, that is) or WinRar.

I'm not sure what version I had, I installed the winrar and I have the updater installed now and it looked like it worked, downloaded everything, but the map in game did not change.

Make sure that the location EQ2MAP is updating to (visible by going to "Options" in the EQ2MAP updater) is the same location that the shortcut you play EQ2 with is pointing to.

I guess I am missing something. I did change the path on the updater, but it's still not working. I don't know how to change anything else.
