chat window / clicking on item links
 

Does this UI not support clicking on links? Do I need to mod something? I cant click on any links in chat. I apologize profusely if I missed the fix for this other than using a different UI chat window. I assure you I did read through the forums.

For the last several months links have been pretty broken... even in the default ui. Sometimes they are clickable sometimes they are not. I am not saying that this is the problem you are having but it is a likely explanation.

Indeed, there is nothing going in the chat window of mine that would prevent chat links from working. All the chat contents is sent down from the server.
