Target and implied target window
Is there a way to delete or disable them?. Hell I would be happy if the just the implied target window was gone.

I think it was Ctrl-T, or check your keybinds.

That works till I zone and then when I target something else, the implited target window is back.

Try changing the window's opacity to invisible via the Window Settings.
