EQ2Interface - ProfitUI 3x3 window help

I couldn't find any help in this topic since I am relatively new to ProfitUI/UIs in general and have no real idea what this window is really called. Anyways, the little 3x3 window that has the EQ2 start button and a some options etc on it doesn't show up on my screen on my main computer and I have no idea why. It shows up for a second or two in the bottom corner of my screen when I first log in before I finish zoning into the game for the first time. But by the time I finish loading/zoning it goes poof. On my laptop it shows up just fine. I don't know if there is some magic command that I don't know about to make it hidden and I cannot for the life of me make it show up anywhere on screen normally. Part of the problem may lie in that I am running a triple screen setup perhaps, and have 3840x1024 resolution but everything else seems to work fine just not that one button. Of course there could be other really handy buttons etc that I know nothing of that are missing too, but whatever.
