Locking spells in place on hotbar ?
 

When xping and it gets laggy, sometimes when I click a spell it ends up acting as if I dragged it. This is a pain and I just wish I could lock all my spells in place. I dont care if I get a new spell and have to delete the "locking ui mod.xml" to be able to add the spell to my hotbar. Is there any easy fix or mod that will help me out. Thanks again.

I hate this too. I'm guessing its a hard coded thing we need sony to do.

Carpel tunnel time, issue doesn't happen if we use the numbers.

Is there any way to overlay a transparent square?
 

Or something to kludge together something. The lag really messes up my hotbar too.

*bump!* I was searching for a solution to this as well, anyone working on this? Sticky hotbar buttons are so annoying it could motivate to get involved in this whole xml mess myself :mad:

I actually thought this didn't happen to a lot of people, but I've been havin' this problem for a long time. Sad thing is, visually, I see no lag whatsoever, almost ever... but my hotbuttons sure do. I can lock the windows, would be nice to also be able to lock my icons. :-) *hint hint Sony* Psst, while you're at it, fix my chat windows not keeping. Every few patches it won't bring back my 2nd & 3rd... but then randomly, it'll fix itself after a patch... then a few patches later... poof, chat boxes gone... again. Default UI, Custom, re-installed game, deleted recent.ini, doesn't matter, tried all the player suggestions, none work for me so far.
