need some help please installing
 

I am receiving a "cannot save config file" error when I try to change the path location for eq2 and the start up. I am not sure if this is a fire wall problem. When I try to clear the cache, the following message comes up which is what I was told to post:

run it as admin as explained in the common problems sticky in this forum
