notes on guild screen
 

i'm curious if there have been any attempts to add notes to the guild dialog similiar to the community/friends dialog. i've poked through the community ui file and can't seem to find anything useful(not that i'd have the knowledge to recognize a useful bit.) the notes are stored in a file <server>_<character>_eq2_notes.txt, but that was obvious enough, but not sure if its possible to add another column to the guild window and tell it look up the name in that file and display the appropriate note.

I suspect it won't work, as I expect the notes functionality is built into the community class, but it's worth a shot. I can't test this since I'm not in a guild, but here's an attempt at adding the notes information into the guild window. Enjoy the nonfunctionality. ;)

So…I see a handful of folks have at least viewed the mod'd XML. Can anyone confirm that it doesn't work?

for the moment as i investigate a lot on guild DS i can say : not atm. Maybe implemented on the futur i hope.

Yeah, figured it was a special feature hardcoded into community. Oh well. I tried.

of course its never that easy.. well thanks for the attempt. just have to hope soe might add it someday.
