Group window quick heals
 

Not sure where to post this so I posted on this forum and on the auto updater thread.

I love this UI and I always have; but hummm my quick heals are not updated to the newest expansion. Is there any update coming soon or is there away to do it myself? If there is away to do it myself can you please, pretty please give me step by step instructions. I am a noob to computer language and to modding.

I really hope there is an easy fix I don't want to have to change from a far superior ui to a lesser one.

No, sorry, I only still keep an eye on EQ2MAP and troll some threads here and there, but I'm not back to ProfitUI or the game nor will I be.

And on your issue, make sure your updater ignore list does not contain files in need of an update (like the _ProfitUI_QuickRaidButtons.txt file ;))

There have been several updates for Profit since SF released. The quickraid buttons have been updated for several classes but is an on going project since we need the spell id numbers to be compatable with international servers for each class. I do believe the updater has the latest version of this file updated for most healing classes as well as bards sk's wizards and a few others.

Sadly no gm9 isn't back we can't seem to drag him back no matter how much we beg. But theres a great guy who keeps things working and I do what I can with small mods as it seems I never find the time to really learn all this stuff to get majorly involved. Like how the heck do you get the location coords for things lol.

AHHHH GM9 you had my hopes all high. I really wish you would come back, we miss ya.

Any how I checked all my ignored files and none of them are the group click to heal or cures. I don't know if Auto Attack has something to do with it or not, because I do have those on ignore. Any how I am not so much concerned with the raid window because I rarely have time to raid so I mainly group. Is fury one of the ones that has had it's heals for the group window updated? LOL :p {bangs mouse on desk, fix it now...fix it now...fix it now}. Guess I will just have to be patient a bit longer.

In this thread is a file attachment I would click it save as and save it to your Profit folder. Yes fury has been updated. Keep in mind that any changes you yourself have made such as tells to a player etc will be overwritten. Also cures if that file isn't on ignore (potion cures that is) then they should all work. You need to make sure for potion cures that you have the focused varierty in your pack for the highest tier to work.

LOL sorry to be a pain but which file attachement? The raid one? If not where is the attachment and how do I get to it? Bit of a computer newbie, LOL okay more then a bit.

Its the 1st post at bottom is the quickraidbuttons.txt file save that to your profit ui folder.

Thank you so much. Sorry I am being such a pain but this is so confuseing and I really don't want to screw anything up on this new computer and get blamed by hubby (grrr).

Okay now I coppied and pasted it in. Is there anything else I need to do to it to make the correct T9 heal spell show on the group window quick heal clicks? If so please please give me easy step by step instructions. I tried understand the link on the top of the page of the link you gave me and whoooa I was all confused. LOL computer lingo is so confuseing.

Today was the first chance I was able to play...and as the spell cast it is still showing the tier 8 spell. For example it should say Back In The Fray III but it says it is casting Back In The Fray II. Is there away to fix it and most importantly how?
