Lost journal window. Hear it, don't see it
 

How do I get the journal window back on screen without messing up the entire UI scheme?

the helper window is alt j and the actual window should be J

The problem is the window is opening off screen somewhere, somehow.
I hit "J" and hear the flapping sound, but nothing appears. It was fine last time but upon logging into the affected character, this is what is happening now.
