ProfitUI crashes the game
 

After installing Profit UI (tried manual and auto updater) I can only get to char select screen. As soon as I hit "Play" it gives me the message "Entering world..." and then EQ2 Application error comes up and closes the game. I've tried bunch of other UI's no issues. Kind of a weird bug.

Has anyone experienced this? is there a fix? I'm running Win 7 64bit, cpu/ram and motherboard were updated so i doubt it has anything to do with those, i'm using Nvidia GeForce 8800GTX.

Any help on how to track down the error would help.

You should not be having trouble with crashing from ProfitUI. I run Win 7 64bit and have no issues. My wife also does and has the same vid card as you.

Holy crap, weirdest bug ever. After i red your reply. I did afresh install of EQ2, did exact same steps to install profitUI... and it works now...

Yeah, it's usually old files or forgotten other mods in the UI folder, hence the red line in my sig.

had the same issue.. It was after i loaded the new xpac on wifes cpu and tried to log her toon on... It crashed.. I checked my vid card drivers and bingo works perfectly now.
