QuickRaid/Group Button problem
 

I am having an intermittent problem with quick raid buttons. Forgive me if this is a duplicate thread, I scanned most titles but didn't see this particular problem. If it's there, then :eek:

The problem seems to be intermittent, and I have seen it on both my healer and my troub, in using the quick buttons both in the group window and the raid window. For instance, I normally have my "normal" targets for Jester's Cap on macros so I can fine tune whether or not they get a tell, some like it, some don't. However, if I want to put a Jester's on an unusual target for a specific reason/fight, I will use the quick buttons in either group or raid window. On occasion, these refuse to work, and the help info that pops up, instead of saying "Jester's Cap" will have a list of "Parent.parent.parent..." etc. so it seems that it's displaying what's in the HTML file instead of actually showing the spell that's cast. Any clue as to the problem? I haven't tried yet but maybe zoning out and back in to fix it? I usually don't notice it until I go to use it mid-fight, but I can check after zoning in. It doesn't always happen in the same zone or a specific time, I can zone into TOMC and it is broken, next time we go there it's fine, so I'm lost.

update your raid window. The issue you are talking about was fixed with latest update to that window. If thats not the case post the entire parent.parent string so we can see what its saying is invalid.

Update my raid window where, in Profit? I am using the "standard" quikraid buttons file in Profit, and all my files are up to date according to the Updater, so it's whatever the string is in the standard file. As I said it's only intermittent, although it happened to me again tonight in MMB. I usually put a Jester's Cap on a standard group of people by macros, but sometimes need to cap them from the raid window and it's very frustrating to have that ability not working. Incidentally when it's broken, it's also broken in the group window, if that makes any difference.
