Uninstall ProfitUI
 

How do I uninstall ProfitUI Updater and return to the original game UI? (this is in preparation to migrating to a new UI)

Delete ProfitUI Directory and eq2.ini file

launch game

Specifically, those items are usually located:

C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\eq2.ini
C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\UI\ProfitUI

also you can find ProfitUI Reborn Updater under Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs to get rid of that.

Will it be nexessary to remove Profit when the expansion hits?

not unless you want to there was a couple of parts that needed tweaking and i guess they will be uploaded either via updater or in here as a manual update.
Apart from that it works fine.

If you are running 64-bit Windows 7 (don't know about Vista but probably the same), the files are located here:

C:\ProgramData\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest II
