im still having trouble getting eq2maps to work

ive been reading all the forums trying to figure out what is wrong with out finding a fix. im running profit ui and trying to add eq2 maps but keep ending up with this error ive just about given up after 5hrs of trying info in the forums. please end my pain and tell me what im doing wrong.

Run the updater as an administrator via right click > properties > compatability > run as an administrator.
