Target/Implied Target

Is there a way to remove the spell icons from the target and Implied Target windows?

/show_target_effects 0
/show_implied_target_effects 0

There may also be a button for that somewhere in the UI but I forgot, lol.

Alternatively:

Options Window (in-game) > User Interface > [+] Targeting Window > two checkboxes there
