Target UI Help
 

I am trying to resurrect an old UI from Thomas King, the Undead Gothic one for my own personal use. Most everything is working fine, but I can not seem to get the Target to work properly. How can I update his old Target file to be current? I have relatively no experience in XML or HTML. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
