There is an implied Target's level between your chat tabs on the chat scroll buttons. I'm also not seeing the close box showing.

lol i dont know how the implied target got in there...
as for the close box you got me. Mine show up:) try it out again after it updates i guess

ill upload a version without that implied target lvl hehe
