Button sound?
http://www.eq2interface.com/download...UIBrowser.html
In my browser window, pressing the Minimize/Restore button plays a "blip" sound, as if I had a sound attached to it. However, I don't. I use the same method in my InfoCenter and it makes no sound. The main Browser element has the eq2opensound="ui_window_main_open" defined, but my minimize button does not hide the main window at all... So, I'm a bit confused on this one. Any ideas? |
Check the button/checkbox style. Maybe it's not the same between the two windows.

I checked that first, but they share the same Style="/ButtonStyles.BoxButton"
However, going back into the code... that style has PressSound="click". Weird since the InfoCenter doesn't make any noise. And for a "click" it's a weird noise. It makes the same noise of when you select an AA point... kinda like a "boop" noise. I'll try just copying the ButtonStyle and redefining it. Thanks. |
Maybe it's some hardcoded sound? Like the minimize button having some hardcoded functionality for minimizing into Rothgar's taskbar-type window maybe there is also a sound to it? However, I don't remember my window having a sound on minimize so that might not be it.
