is totally messed up. Might want to look at it

Its the same with Fetish, right now i deleted:

eq2i_mainhud_achievments.xml
eq2ui_journals.xml
eq2ui_journals_quest.xml

and it reverted the journal and achivements back to default seems to be working ok for me.
