Could you include pooka's new harvesting window in your next update? I added it as a stand alone but every time I use the profit updater it wants to over write the file.

when you open up the Profit ui Updater.. right click the selected file you dont want to over right and select Ignore

why would it want to overwrite the file? Its not a name of any window inside ProfitUI

If its the eq2.custom.xml that its over writing that should be set to ignore as any changes you make to that file will get overwritten.
