tooltip and timers?
 

can anyone reccomend an addon that will turn tooltips off during combat and also an addon that will show (and update in real time) the cooldowns on abilities in my hotbars? (i tried DrumsUI hotbar, but that only showed in seconds, not minutes and hours, and it didnt update in real time, what im looking for is something that works like OmniCC in WoW does)

I'm not sure if you can easily disable tooltips during combat. If there is an option to turn them off then you might be able to do it using some UI scripting and the in-combat icon of the player window, but I don't remember seeing an option like that.

As for hotbar cooldowns, they should show up in real-time, so I'm not sure what you mean they didn't. There may be some that show minutes and hours, but that may be a space constraint more than an inability.

Could be done (there are /commands to toggle the tooltips) but I am not aware of any existing mod doing it.

omni cc for WoW did it wonderfully-- if the timer was lets say 60 minutes, it would only display 1h, then once lower than that it would say like 53m, then once below the minute it would display the seconds, like 34s
