windows 7 work?
 

I hit search and so far cannot find any info, I am using the windows 7 RC version, and cannot seem to get eq2map to install, after I unzip it, I cannot find any sort of setup utility or autorun.. clueless please help , ty

Hey, I'm using windows 7 and eq2map. I was able to install and unzip normally, but had an error when trying to open eq2. Is this what is happening to you?
Try opening EQ from the .exe file instead of using the launcher. There is currently a conflict between the launcher and win 7.
This workaround works for me.

You need to right-click and run as administrator for EQ2Map EXE, then for all our EQ2 exe files you need to right click and let them run as administrator.

I'm running Windows 7 RC 64-bit, and I have no troubles with either.
