I am looking for a custom UI. I am not a Raider, I just want something I have a bit more control over. Any suggestions?

I suggest you look around and try a few. That is what this site is about. People who wanted a bit more out of the Everquest 2 interface. Obviously I like mine, but it's also a matter of taste. The nice thing is you can pick a choose individual pieces to replace the default ones. Like a buffet. :D
