A new player window??
 

Hi people who can figure out how to make player windows....


I have been trying find a player window with certain info on it, but i havent been able to ind one that has all the stuff i would like them to have so i have been trying to put together my own player window, but it seems im too stupid to figure out how the "build your own" thingie works, well i cant get it to work anyway....

And now im here hoping some UI builder wizzard can help me :o

What im after is a player window with the following:

-Hp/power bar with the current % of each inside the bar (no need for total numbers)
-a click to cure thingie under the name
-a conc. slot bar (how many are used etc)
-the little red X that shows that you are on some mobs agro list

And most of all that its not a HUGE window, not much bigger than the default anyway.

Well i hope that this can be made somehow, or maybe that some UI has it already, if so direct me to it plz :)

Well, my player window already has all of those things. And as for size the default window is 160x106 and mine in 210x82, so mine is a tad bigger. But mine doesn't look like the rest of the interface so that might put you off.

How I learned how to do this is to use existing windows as a template and move things about and add what I wanted. Give that a try, just be aware that the UIBuilder does add or subtract characters which can make the piece not work. What I found that helped was to get Notepad++. It has an XML plug in and it's free.

This window looks exactly the same as the default but has click to cure. Also shows % hp/mp and totals. Pretty much teh uber imo. :nana:
