I just received a new .ini, I don't know who made it, anyway with no modifications, but this suggested to me an idea, could it be possible to add those 2 lines :

# get rid of the welcome screen ; put it at 1 if you want it
cl_show_welcome_screen_on_startup 0

or reverse, as "1" is the standard value
