No Group Window
 

Help!!! When I ran the latest Profit Reborn UI update, I lost my group window. People told me to look under everything on my screen, but I had no luck. Before I ran the most recent update, I was having no problems. Now, when I push alt + R, my raid window appears, but when I push alt + G nothing happens anymore. Does anyone have any ideas?

I came on here to post this exact problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I've tried f10 rotation to bring up the window, the alt key toggle, scrolling around and right clicking to find an invisible window.

I group and try to distance myself, and get as close as possible, thinking maybe proximity might cause it to pop.

Nothing.


Any ideas?

I also have this problem with group windows disappearing. For me, the default group window works fine, but I don't like the horizontal format. I am trying to use the xml files found in _eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers (vertical).zip for example.

Initially I had no group window and wasn't able to locate it by cycling F10 or Alt-G. I was finally able to make the group window appear by editing _ProfitUI_Settings_GroupWindow.txt and set Background Opacity to 100

However, the window is always empty and does not show my group members or any clickable elements. Just empty black box... :( This happens with the following "alternate" UI files:

_eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers (horizontal compact)
_eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers (horizontal)
_eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers (vertical compact)
_eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers (vertical)

The (default) and (compact) versions work OK but again, I don't like the horizontal format.

Ok... I did a clean re-install twice.

With the Auto-Updater => No group window
Manual download from here => No group window

I'm pretty sure I installed it correctly, so there is something worng with the window. If someone finds a solution please post it here, thx.

make sure you don't have any files setup on ignore for the auto updater

I just updated with nothing on the ignore list and there is still no group window :(

the file is there of course, but it just don't get loaded or whatever -.-

I'm having the same issue with my system, but I'm using Himay's Group window with click to cure. I actually took HIS UI off of my system, and all I get when I group is a duplicate set of icons.

I have the group window issue as well as my character name plates for self target and whatnot are not showing up as well, any ideas?

and before you say it, I uninstalled all and removed any trace of it in any other folders, reinstalled both with and without the updater. No files ignored yada yada lol

any help here would be wonderful. I love this UI and would really like to see it stick around.
