Add To Collections not all add able
 

I noticed on some of the items that you find when you examine the item, if it is not in your collection, on some of the items the Add button is not there, ie.. a grey spotted ant.

yeah, it's on my known issues list of SOE bugs, they have to fix it.

Journal Bug : Collections
 

Happens sometimes not always, upon examining an item to add as a collection the quest and page for that collection will pop up but the window to "Add" the item is invisible or missing all together. Thus I cannot add collection items to my quest journal.
